DVD Playback On Ubuntu

One thing that I think many users of Windows and OS X take for granted is how easy DVD playback is.

Your an idiot, don't confuse yourself by thinking your an IT guy.
Go find a profession in sales or somewhere you can bs everyone.

Windows needs a 3rd party encoder to play dvds. you might get it pre-installed when you bye a windows based computer but if you install windows yourself it will not play dvds. Or AVIs or youtube for that matter. If you install Linux Mint it plays everything out of the box.
