DHS has always been corrupt. Speaking of malls-what the hell happened to the one they were building there? Everything stopped and it's sitting there half-built-decaying in the elements. You can bet there was something crooked going on behind the scenes there. Nothing ever opens up there except car parts stores and drug stores. More and more people and no new business of any kind...of course any word of ANYTHING that might come to town that a young person might enjoy is immediately voted down...then all the city fathers whine and cry when the kids vandalize the town all Summer...idle hands.... oh that's riiiight..the mall would attract young people...
