A new virus known as the Black Dahlia is threatening to wipe out administrative databases of student criminal records on the undisclosed campuses of Florida's universities.

This virus could retard the development of computer network-controlled judicial information. Such information management guides the development of Internet trusted applications such as "legal pirate radio."

Anyone see the Hollywood (USA) movie "Thief" (1981)?
