I wat report WMXchange as a scammer ,they took my bitcoins and promised to exchange for western union ...that happened on october 4 ..there was a little mistake in last name so i wrote them and they promised to take care of it ...well for one month they were tellin me they will take care of it and then they sayd they did ..and we went to pick up the money turned out the issue never been taken care and we were informed that money will be returned to sender ...when i adressed them AFTER ONE MONTH WITH MY COMPLAIN ..THEY REPLIED "WE DONT WORK WITH WESTERN UNION ANY MORE SORRY FOR INCONVINIENCE " I WILL LET YOU READ IT ALL IN MY CONVERSATION WITH THEM ,BE AWARE CUSTOMERS AFTER ONE MONTH THEY WILL STILL NOT CONSIDER RETURNING YOU YOUR MONEY ,INSTEAD THEY WILL SAY "WE WIL INFORM OUR MANAGER "

HERE IS ALL CONEVERSATION W THEM MAKE SURE TO LOOK AT THE DATES ONE MONTH ...AND THEY STILL DO NOT CONSIDER TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK,I CONSIDER IT TO BE A SCAM ,IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY to be gone forever please use their services

usuaally not have problem with it as long as the sender calls

them and gives them all the regarding information they would

,but i dont know how they will update you about MTCN number to
pick them up again do you know ? it has to be re sent to ULIA

ok we have called to the central office of western union in
russia and they have called to the central office in Ukrania
and they have clearly informed us that in Ukrania has never
been made one attempt to change the last name ...they have
also told us that the process is pretty easy and the person
who has sent the money in Ukrania had to wright a paper for
returning money to him ...and they will go back to him ,nobody
is going to inform anybody untill he wrights this paper as a
sender ...
so im really dissapointed to hear that because it means this
issue never even been brought up for all this time
..apparently it takes ab few min after you get to the western
union in ukrania ...it doesnt take no weeks or even days ...i
really expect you to take care of this as it was a very long
time and apparently it doesnt take any time at all ...all this
information i ve got from the central offices of western union
in russia and in ukrania ...s days ago you sayd you will do
something tomorrow ..its already day after tomorrow ...

CHECK OUT TIME FRAMES AND DATES ...WHEN THEY SAY WE GO TO THE BANK TOMORROW ,OR TODAY OR IN TWO HOURS AND THEY KEEP GOING LIE AFTER LIE

it cant be done by the phone ..the person who has sent the

money from Ukrain has to go to the office of western union and

ask to return the money in person ..not on the phone and they

will be returned to him immediatly ,not tomorrow not next week

...immediatly and he can resend them BUT ONLY THE PERSON WHO

SENT THE MONEY HAS TO GO TO WESTERN UNION

I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO THESE PEOPLE for one month ...they keep telling me they will talk to the manager ,that they will fix the issue ,i just have to be patient ,ITS YOUR CHOICE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT TAKE YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY TO THEM ,YOU MIGHT AS WELL KISS THEM GOODBYE ,everybody who knows BITCOINs buiseness knows that the speed is the main quality of the services Bitcoin companies give you ..if you can wait "one month for your money " WMXchange is for you ,if you want hear different lie every day , WWW.wmxchange.net is your choice ...very dissapointing experience the worst on the bitcoin market ,

Dear sir,

Considering that you raise this private matter publicly, we decided to post our side of the story:

We have provided you exactly with the service you requested and you paid for. In exchange of your Bitcoin we had sent you an Western Union transfer in the amount you paid for and to the person you supplied during order registration.

It is not our fault that YOU provided us the wrong receiver details. You received an email message after you registered the order that requested you to double check the order details and to report any mistakes BEFORE the order is completed.

You failed to report the mistake within 24 hours, before the order was completed. As per our service terms that you agreed with, we can not change the Western Union transfer details after 48 hours from the time the transfer is sent.

You reported YOUR mistake after 3 days from the time we provided the transfer details. We tried everything in our power to correct YOUR mistake but unfortunately it was not possible as you came to late to report your mistake.

Your funds are still in the Western Union system and the person you supplied during our registration can still pickup the funds. We do not have your funds so we can not refund you any money.

Also, calling us scammers is not right, when you know that we do not have any of your money. Also you did not said you had another order that we canceled because of this issue and we refunded your Bitcoin in full! So why calling us scammers when we refunded in full your Bitcoin and when we do not held any of your funds?

We are always do everything in our power to offer our customers the best possible service. We have more than 4 years of continue service, thousands of satisfied customers and anybody can check our reputation with a simple google search. We do apologies that you experienced this problem and that we can't help you anymore.

As you posted our private conversation in a public space without our prior approval we explained our point of view and will consider this matter closed.

for one month you kept telling me that the issue is being worked on ,no? and now i obviously cant pick up the money ,you can i cant so yes you are a scammer and a lier too...and i will make sure people know that ...oh yea the final decidion of the management was not to refund me after one month of the problem here it is read eveybody :
