Actually, you didn't read my post. The amount of money US Bank spends for facilities, whether they are rented or owned, is up to them. If they really wanted, they could've gone to the property owner for building improvements and perhaps spent more for some sort of refurbishment. They did not. Facilities that are past their prime are nothing new to US Bank.

Really, next time I highly advise that you read people's posts before commenting on them.
