Gee only a 6% levy increase and more in fees during a recession. How innovative and the city will continue to drive out taxpayers as it continues it's downard spiral.

I would close the library and spend money to mount laptops with city wide wifi on all those yellow bicycles :)

Cut more spending, because the state is out of money. Tax receipts are going downnnnnnnnnn.

Ah, only took 5 posts for the racists to appear. Actually rec centers serve more "white" people because they understand the importance of exercise, family education, and socialization. Except for the Jimmy Lee rec center that reminds us all of the importance of good marksmanship training. Ti't for your tat.

Daily Horoscope for November 29

Aquarius

Time to retreat to home sweet home as the hearth-loving Moon moves into Taurus and your fourth house of home and family. Even if the people under your roof drive you crazy sometimes, make an effort to count your blessings. With Mars in your sign, you should have all the energy you need to get out there and conquer the world, after you take some personal time.
