St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman delivered his budget message to St. Paul city leaders on Tuesday in the atrium of the Galtier Plaza, a development that was named after the 19th century priest, Lucien Galtier.

Ah, only took 5 posts for the racists to appear. Actually rec centers serve more "white" people because they understand the importance of exercise, family education, and socialization.
