Peter Brant is a little pipsqueak, but he hides behind his thugs and money.(Just look at the little assclown; would a supermodel even say "hi" to him if he weren't fantastically rich?) I love how Brant was conveniently out of the country when his goons got heavy and also that his lawyer can honestly say that Brant did not place the GPS tracker on Seymour's car. Of course, Brant didn't place it there; he would have had this Babnik thug place it there.
Peter Brant did a stretch in jail for serious tax evasion a decade or so back. His son ran a company, Take Two Interactive (Grand Theft Auto, etc.), so fraudulently (backdated options, mis-stated financials) that the SEC has been involved for years. Investors lost gobs of money. A more justice-oriented SEC would have put both father and son back into jail for more years.

Brant looks like a disgustingly ugly, poor excuse for a man. At first glance, he looks like he shines shoes at Grand Central.
Seymour looks like a first class money grubbing whoo'a. What could she possibly see in this big nose greasy haired weirdo, except money.

Who cares about this stupid divorce? Must be some slow news days to bring this up as a headline - ugh! Hope they get what they both deserve - which is NOTHING! The more ya have, the more you LOSE!

I don't have a life so I blog on the Stamford Advocate Soap Opera Newspaper for the simple fact that I have nothing better to do with my time.

I have read some newspaper articles about This guy Brant. He collects Andy Warhol paintings. I also read that a few years back, a Greenwich woman with Scandanavian ancestry owned a very valuable Warhol painting which was touring throughout Europe.
This guy Brant purchased the painting from her Art manager at a very cheap price (couple $Million)
The owner never authorized the transaction. The woman's art manager went to prison in Europe.
This guy Brant claimed he bought the painting thinking that the owner authorized the sale; said it was worth approx.$10M and refused to return it to the Greeniwch woman..
Subsequently, a court in New Haven ruled in Brant's
favor allowing him to keep it.

I feel terrible for Ms. Seymour. She has 3 children to look after and I for one see her taking them to school. Where is she supposed to go without disrupting the children's lives. Mr. Brant by all accounts playing dirty and should be ashamed of himself for the actions reported above. If he were smart, which he obviously is not, he would think of the children and try to be a man and do what is right. That is, not having a bully shove Ms. Seymour into a screen door. I hope he spends time in jail for assault. And the fact Mr. Brant was in Europe is a poor excuse for setting forth these criminal acts.

stephanie seymour is a money grubbing skank... now that her 'modeling' career is over...she should get a real job, and quit creating scenarios to get more money out of his fortune.

If thee is an afterlife, I can't imagine two people who will regret wasting their energies on the earthly plane more than these two. Havng enough money to make six third world countries joyous seems profoundly wasted because it didn't buy happiness, just egos swelled by slow-day reporters who think money makes one newsworthy. Let these pahetic imbeciles fight it out in private.

So Peter Brant has a security force, physically attacking his wife because she filed for divorce, leaving her at home alone to care for her children while he is out of the country? This guy is clearly not only an ex-con but a cowardly bully of the highest order.

You must be kidding... She has tons of her own money from her SuperModel days... I notice you are from Carmel, NY... The same town where cowardly Joe Babnek, the man who assaulted her, is from... What a coincidence.. You are as big a coward as Brant and, like him, a criminal.

Mike, I think it is fair to say that it is highly likely that Brant will go back to jail once the covers are lifted on his shady financial dealings.. He is a remarkably undistinguished person actually who inherited a lot of money...

I agree with your physical description of Brant and, yes, if not for his inheritance, he would be shining shoes at Grand Central. I would venture to guess that Ms. Seymour was a bit too young and impressionable when she decided to marry this crook when she was in her early 20's... The money certainly must have helped a bit..

As disgusting and creepy as Brant is, he may have legitimately believed he entered into a bona fide transaction? But I doubt it... He is, as the NY Post declared, a "Snake"

Clearly she is not leaving because she does not want to abandon the children. If she did leave, she would lose custody..

Brant is a coward, a crook and poor example of a human. He should be in jail for this.. Maybe he fled to Europe? I bet he goes back to jail for tax evasion once the court sees his financial dealings... She is the most attractive woman I have ever seen in my life btw..

The only imbecile here is Brant. Seymour loves her kids and takes them to around town.. I have never seen Brant do anything remotely fatherly in my time on the East End of Long Island

Who cares about them. Start putting some news in the paper instead of this garbage. As the price of your paper goes up it gets thinner, smaller and has less news.

I feel sorry for the kids. The parents' are both jerks. With all the money they have, their kids should always come first. Just do a 50/50 split and get on with your lives.

She may "take them around town," but it is foolish to subject them to this kind of publicity (hard to have friends like normal kids) over--what??? I remember my parent's divorce. They were poor and un-newsworthy. Stepdad lived across town, while Mom would take every opportunity, after some performance event I was in, every spare minute she was with me and my sisters, to harp and harp upon what "that b..stard" Stepdad was doing next. None of us liked stepdad, who was indeed slime, the point was that we wished Mom would show interest in what was happening with us. I imagine the Brandt kids are having parent-child time wasted forever due to the antics of these two childish fools, whose antics make bigger because they happen to have money.
