With the extent of the Bush family’s connection to religious Saudi Arabia and religious America concerning oil as opposed to clean air and water energy, there can be no doubt where the Baker Act and the Protect America Act got much of its influence, which has brought us to the lie religion is forcing through two decades of sex offender laws becoming the abusive hate machine it has morphed into. Our tax dollars are mixed with bloody oil to bring America to its knees in prayer together with our fundamentally god fearing. And many wonder why god is a joke wile humanity burns the earth in an effort to heal it. In my humble opinion the punchline is oil. We have an economy built on oil and as long as the money laundering of such a lucrative kid killing business goes on, it is natural that the diversion tactics to point fingers at sex offenders as being the root all our woes is no more than a ruse. Being a guy who left high school in 1971 watching the draft die along with allot of friends, things are heating up for an election and this story along with many more concerning our wiretapping NSA, and the depth of darkness within the Enron scandals, and overprice t-shirts, how much is enough? That's the game and all have a part. Every guy when the draft is reinstated and every women who feels the need to follow their dream instead of someones choice for them, we know one thing. As long as we bow to men who clam to be representative of gods when all can see no god would condone their actions on either side of the spectrum the battle is driven by greed and proves the animistic nature of our specie. That could be alright with me, but the studies were as rigged as the voting machines which brings us back to the connection and the Federal mess were in. The 1,2,3's of sex offenders. 1. The recidivism rate of sex offenders is under 5% 2. 90% of all sex crimes are committed within the family. 3. 92% of all sex crimes are perpetrated by people not on the sex offender registry. If the bulls eye is 5% of the target and the bulls eye scores no points, what justifies the of tax payer dollars for the project?

While no sensible person would ever think that all shouldn't be done to protect the innocent, it's beginning to seem that the sex offender hysteria has caused society to go overboard in its quest to segregate the misfits. The legitimate questions about insuring the civil rights of such offenders are generally met with a "What, you want to enable sex offenders by giving them 'civil rights'? What kind of monster are you?"
It should be noted that Mark Lunsford, father of the late Jessica Lunsford for whom the residency restriction law was written, has recently announced that he is bringing suit against the Citrus County (FL) sheriff for not preventing his daughter's death. While there has yet been a dollar amount attached to the lawsuit, his lawyer publicly stated "It's not about the money." (Yeah, right.) Mr. Lunsford, it should be noted, all from donations made to his Jessica Fund, now owns a boat, a number of motorcycles, and a tour bus, and is living a lifestyle far beyond what his previous income allowed. To me (and more than just a few others), the words "hypocrisy," "exploitive," and "self-serving" come to mind.
Given the emotional upswelling of public bitterness against sexual miscreants, one can't help but wonder if some opportunistic politician will not soon call for the implantation of GPS-trackable microchips in the forearms of all those that commit sex offenses. Either that, or a tattoo à la Hitler's death camps. BS,, they should execute them or cut off their offensive weapons...either or.......

FACT:
Of 9,691 sex offenders released from prison in 15 states, 5.3% were re-arrested and 3.5% were re-convicted of another sex offense within 3-years of release.(This is the second lowest recidivism rate of all crimes) The 9,691 offenders represented two-thirds of all sex offenders released nationwide. Source: US Dep't of Justice, 2003.
The reality is, there is no more of a public safety issue for these folks, than there is for any offender being released anywhere in the nation. The courts and parole boards (if paroled) have spoken, it is time for these folks to go back to society.

Why is Eugene O'Flaherty against Megan's Law? Is it because he or someone in his family is a pedophile?Why would he not want to protect children from sick people? The ACLU who is known to protect pedophiles and has one working for them in a high position, transfered him to another office instead of firing him, could O'Flaherty have a sick reason for protecting sick people? Anyone,give me a reason why Eugene O'Flaherty is against Megan's law??????????

This man Stefanovic beat the hell out of one of his neighbors on 09/13/08. They say it was because the man was Asian. It is rumored that the man is blind in one eye from the beating. Mr. Stefanovic was forced out of his neighborhood in Laguna Hills and is now residing in Long Beach. He is being charged with felonies. How can a felon rent rooms to sex offenders? This man is a very bad individual and in my opinion very dangerous. I hope he goes to jail for a long time. You can see the charges against him by going to www.orangecountysuperiorcourt.

The case number is 07SF1220 his charges are as follows: Assault with a deadly weapon other then a gun(He was choking the man using his hands) Inflicting great bodily harm to another, battery with serious bodily harm, and resisting police officers.
