She had better be glad she didn't harrass me........I WOULD have demanded justice. Seems like the court system dropped the ball not just once, but twice. Maybe the defendant is servicing the Judge behind the bench.

The laings have nothing to hide. I know that you do not believe that only wheelchair bound individuals collect diability. You are smater than that. If not, stop runnnnnning. The liar was protected by the court. Clearly, what went on in this courtroom was not that big a deal. If is was such a big deal, the court officers(5) and the judge would have addressed this matter. "he is servicing the judge" adds nothing. Try to add something to the debate.

A lot of hospital patients and their family are unhappy-are unhappy. It is not difficult for some to believe that a black male nurse is guilty of anything. Some white patients request not to have black nurses/nurse techs/surgical techs/physicians just because they are black. Where ever he worked, laing was a high profile black male nurse. He went to court on only one of these sets of accusations not 3. Fact: this was not a trial but sentencing. The liar was not a witness. If this case was so weak then how weak were the other cases. You do not know about the respiratory therapist who worked with laing at Health Central then ran into him again at HOFRMC. He rotted on laing and started an investigation. Police got involved and found a psycho patient who lied on this poor nurse. This respiratory therapist did not like laing. Laing was the nursing supervisor over this therapist at HC. Clearly, the accusers had difficulty proving their story. Laing might have won if he had went to trial. His nursing career was already over. Accepting the probation was the best outcome for him. He did not need to go to prison on top of this.
