On Monday, there was an M7 pulling eastbound into Hicksville. The front cars of the train had "Long Island City" on the electronic signs and the back cars said "Ronkonkoma". This system is fixed??

The easiest way to fix it it to destroy it. It's useless to anyone who rides the train daily. It's just an annoyance.

After only two months and millions of dollars. Guess my train will no longer be terminating at "Hell's Butthole" as announced.

You think its easy runnning a railroad? This technology stuff is hard.
I mean, nearly ALL of our efforts go into producing the On Time Performance number, we can't be bothered with actually fixing things or getting trains to run on time.

The only thing that makes a train express is the reduced number of stops. The express trains on the Ronkonkoma line take as long as the locals to get to Ronkonkoma. Truth is, they have to slow down for the locals.

I always wondered, what happens if you get off at Hillside and you are not an employee of LIRR?
