Intel 4Q net income rises 6 pct
The world's largest chipmaker earned $2.63 billion, or 51 cents per share, up from $2.47 billion, or 48 cents per share, in the same quarter of 2012.

i think if built-up pcs included the decline wouldn't be that bad.
here in indonesia built up pc is the best (and the only besides stealing or robbing banks) way to get a powerful computer at very reasonable prices compared to branded ones with same specs. and then there're enthusiasts, gamers and modders who build pc just for fun. only branded pc makers and microsoft suffer from shipment decline and let them suffer because their the past and they betrayed us to state intelligence agencies.
