My computer infected with Trojan.Backdoor.Generic16.klk. how to delete this??

Hey friends, currently Trojan.Backdoor.Generic16.klk infected my computer badly.. This is running to slow for that. I want to remove this Trojan permanently. So, help me guys and get me out of this...

But, I don't have Linux. I am using windows. So, what should I do in windows about this issue?? Plz suggest...
