I had a similar experience with my work computer, only it was pictures of women with surgically-enhanced chests. A work-related organization changed its website and it was picked up by somebody who displayed lots of pictures of nude women. When I went to the website via bookmark, all these pictures started popping up on my computer and the only way I could get rid of them was to reboot. Our IT guy said that this would only happen if I chose to visit the site. (I am an older woman and in no way interested in pictures of nude women.) I was also unable to remove this site from my bookmarks. The only way I finally got rid of all this was that my hard drive went bad and I was assigned a new one. It's nice to know that there was a logical reason for this.
