"attended almost two semesters before he was arrested on [Univ of Nevada/Reno]campus"
Let me get this right.... This "intelligent young man" TWO YEARS AGO hacked into the Nye County School District computers numerous times, changed a dozen HS students' grades including his own, that year gave the Salutatorian speech stating in effect, "we all make mistakes - learn from them - all will be OK - don't sweat it". After a year at college is finally arrested for these HS misdeeds in his college dorm room - in that room is found a stolen big screen TV and equipment to manufacture phony driver's licenses?
He pleads guilty for UP TO five years of supervised probation AND he STARTS paying off his victims?
That's it?..... Everything is now OK?...
Wow ... Good luck, son, I hope you're smarter than you look!
