Yes I agree that most competent network people know about the holes in their own systems. So it is not a big surprise that the survey said "yes we can" when they were asked. Would most of them do it in actuality - probably very few because they are ethical and professional. Would they be tempted to - maybe.
A lot of the article is hype for a Canadian Security company. Not that most companies shouldn't invest more in securing their data, just do it without the FUD.
