Here it is August 5 and we just recieve letters in the mail from CMCSS dated August 2 that our two girls' information was breeched. Way too long of a delay to be notified. If CMCSS thinks their responsibility for identity security ends after one year, they are crazy. I am trying to see if a class action suit has been formed yet so please let me know if one has. One needs to be for sure but if not I may need to take the lead and get one going here soon. CMCSS was negligent in their protection of information thus will be responsible for long term identity security for these small children.
