Hey here is the easy way to load music.
Go into phone menu Go to tools Hit mass storage Hit connect to p.c (make sure your usb is connected to P.C and phone) Go to my computer Then look at your removable disks (e,f,g,h,i) Click till you find one that opens and has folder. One should have a folder titled mass media. Open and click and drag files from your music folder phone. Simple as pie. |
|
Yeah it does, make a media file in your memory card then plug in your USB cords, and hit connect to PC. it should show up on your desktop like any other device e.g. iPod, external harddrive, or just a regular .dmg file has anybody figured out how to make an mp3 a ring tone?! |

Don't hold your breath on this. Samsung is terrible to provide any updates of any kind to their cell phones sold in Canada. They consider Canada a tiny market and do no repect Canadians at all. |

By default when the phone is connected to your MAC through USB, it should show a removable drive on the Desktop. Open it and drag and drop into the appropriate folder. Most likely the pictures will need to be into a certain format like .JPG, so you might need to convert any pictures that do not work. Size and resolution might also matter so you might have to try smaller resolution pics. Come back here and ask away. I will research further for you. From the user guide it says that a memory card is included with the phone. This is most likely where the photos will need to be dropped to be available on the phone. User guide can be viewed from http://www.bell.ca/web/wireless/en/all_region... Connect to PC You must insert a memory card into the phone in order to connect the phone to a computer. The memory card is the destination for all file transfer. *****To transfer files between your phone and your computer: 1. Connect your phone to the data cable. 2. Connect the data cable to your computer. Press MENU\OK , highlight the Tools menu, and press MENU\OK. 4. Select Mass Storage. 5. Select Connect to PC. The phone now appears as a removable disk on MAC desktop computer. Please let me know if you need further help. |

For anyone requires the User guide in PDF format which can be viewed on MAC, PC and Linux, please follow the link below.
http://www.bell.ca/web/wireless/en/all_region... Please ask for further help if needed. If you need to contact Samsung for service or further support, please follow the link below. http://www.samsung.com/ca/support/faqs/suppor... For actual service, on the phones, contact Bell and be patient. Please be aware that there will most likely be a fee for any service request if the phone needs to be sent out for service. So make sure your phone is really broken, that you did not drop the phone or leave it in the rain, because you would be charge for sending the phone and not get any service whatsoever. They will not reimburse the $$$ if sent for something not covered under manufacturer's warranty. |
