It's a sad day for America when a "salt of the earth" farmer can be bullied and beaten in what is supposed to be our highest court in the land!! Disgusted beyond belief in this sad, corrupt country!!

If Monsanto has any recourse, it should be with the commodity seed seller, not the farmer.
