This was on the news a while ago this year and i havent seen a forum on here so i guess i will start one.
John Kanzius was looking for a cure for cancer. One night he got an inspiration. Why not kill cancer with radio waves. Certain nano particles of metal are naturaly attacted to the innormalities of cancer. Then he uses a radio frequency and teh metal heats up and burns the cancer, while not harming the good cells in your body. One of his break throughs was also, when he emmitied the radio waves to salt water the water decomposed into hydrogen and oxygen and the hydrogen ignited, creating an intense flame over 1500 degrees celcius. just look up "salt water into fuel" on you tube. |

nobody has responded, i thought this would be a really intresting topic.
how sad. |

I wonder what the power conversion efficiency is? What percentage of the power required for RW emission ends up as heat? Even if the ratios are not great, any form of power could be converted to RW emissions, releasing enough heat to run a generator, or better yet a car. How come we haven't seen more of this on the news?

At one point it was on the news, jsut not anywhere here. The news channles up in new yorkish area covered, it. you can see the news on youtube. i dont know if the reaction is efficient yet to be placed in cars, since you have to have the radio waves, at a certain frequency for the reaction to ocurr. the reaction has to ocurr so preciscly that the defusion of h2o + nacl, breaks down the h2o into h2 has to be great enough to sustain a flame. thanks for the post! |

plus i believe there not covering it much, because that if this process takes effect it will lower the oil industry, which would cause a temporary drop in our economy.

i heard this the first.if the radio wave can initiate the water decompose into hydrogen and oxidation at the presnece of sodium chloride ,what is the energy efficency? can it be applicable in industry?

the energy efficency is too poor for the application to be applied in real life. there is just too much energy going into the water + nacl just to get the water to decompose into h2 and o.
if the process could be altered so that the ratio of energy input to energy out put is less than it is now. we could be seeing an unlimited fuel resorce. think about it... how much salt water do we have in the world? |
