Calling these people Syrian opposition is a misnomer. Syrian political life belongs within Syrian borders; so opposition can come from Syrian residents only. Syrians in origin, but residents of other countries, like Texas, U.S.A. is not an opposition. It if foreign countries’ stooges, wanting throne in Syria, and hoping to get it, by using foreign power.

Do you guys even know what the term "interim" means?

Stop getting your panties in a knot and think it through. I have no idea why they would select an individual that left Syria but Syrians did put him there for now. And cut the crap of America placing him there, I think everyone knows that is BS.

The meeting was held in Turkey, and Syrians there were mostly those that live abroad for many years. They are not residents of Syria, and have no rights to be candidates for the Government; interim or permanent makes no difference.

Sure Americans put him there, because Americans are arming and training the fighters, who are waging war in Syria to push the government composed in Turkey.
