Madame/Mr. Cruzc, no assumptions please. Are you a CHristian?<quoted text>
I think you should do some research on the demographics of Christian denominations in Australia.
And, your definition of "Christian" could be entirely different than mine. There are a lot of "odd bods" running around claiming they are "Christian" while subscribing to atheistic Darwin, macro-evolution.:)
Now, just assume that I'm a Christian (as far as your understanding of that title), and make your play/point.
Please don't complain either, I'm being cordial by fitting into your mindset, i.e. all evolutionists base their life on "assumptions", irresponsible ones at that.

Dutch, Sweets has hit the nail on the head with this poster. He visits the evolution debate forum every so often. He comes in ranting and raving and offers nothing whatsoever to the discussion. He will never answer one of your questions, he will just consistently, pompously, bloviate about his brilliance. He will repeatedly state that “he will soon”_________ fill in the blank here. Refute what you have stated, offer evidence to the contrary, etc. He never does though. After a time when he is through insulting everyone, he disappears into the hole from whence he came. Does he follow the example that Christ set for us? Read his posts and you will have your answer. |

He's one of those drive-by Science haters who bad-mouths Evolution and then disappears. |

Oh, Christ's on his bicycle again. Cruz has gone off his meds and has been reading too many comic books again. So tell me, Professor C. When are you & the X-men gonna put in an appearance up here in the states? And don't you find that those polyester, skin tight uniforms & capes are a little impractical around the house? tk |
Thanks, that's the impression I was getting. |

1 But katydid sweetie, Last time when I was showing you that Richard Leakey was using the fake drawings of Haeckel in a publication in the 1970's, you turned tail and ran, whilst crying? So, quit complaining, you false Christian who is pushing macro-evolution against the express teachings of your Pope Pius XII.:) P.S. All you have to offer is an example of how bad the American diet is and more false monkey-business. ;) |

1 No those costumes are just fine. It's only extremely obese yanks, like you, that can't wear those skin tight costumes.:) I see that you have jumped in as usual --- typical evolutionist, no imagination, just a pack mentality.:) P.S. Try the Atkins diet.:) You and katydid can have a weight losing competition. |

1 Don’t think so, I do remember both DS and myself providing evidence to both you and Doc Adair that no textbook in the US that high schools use to teach bio, honors and AP bio use the drawings as “evidence” of evolution. I provided the syllabus from many different Catholic High Schools in the US that teach genetics and evolution in their bio classes. I provided evidence that they taught evolution and evolution only, without mentioning God in said classes. I provided evidence that even though these schools could teach whatever they wanted, they only mentioned theistic evolution in their religion classes. I provided evidence that Catholic High Schools celebrated “Darwin Day” this past February. I provided evidence that JP2 had no difficulties whatsoever with evolution. Oh and here is one for you, the Vatican newspaper recently ran an article by Italian biologist Fiorenzo Facchini in which he stated: “ Evolution and Creation cannot be in opposition. God can have created a world with the capacity to change and evolve through natural causes.” This year the Vatican is preparing its most systematic look yet at evolution at a conference Oct. 31-Nov. 4 sponsored by the Pontifical Academy of Sciences. This year’s conference is entitled:“ Scientific Insights Into the Evolution of the Universe and of Life”. This year’s conference will feature several Nobel Prize winners. Stephen Hawking will talk on the origin and the destiny of the universe, Swiss chemist, Albert Eschenmoser will discuss the search for the chemistry of life’s origin, US biologist David Baltimore will examine evolution at the genetic level,:-) and Greek biologist Fotis Kafatos will speak on evolution and the insect world. Those addressing the theological and philosophical aspects of evolution will include Italian Cardinal Carlo Maria Martini will discuss evolution from a Biblical perspective, and Father Stanley L. Jaki, a professor of physics and the philosophy of science At Seton Hall University will speak on evolution as science and ideology. The draft of the booklet that describes the highlights of the program includes this quote by Pope Benedict: “ I see in Germany, but also in the United States, a somewhat fierce debate raging between so-called ‘creationism’ and evolution, presented as though they were mutually exclusive alternatives: Those who believe in the Creator would not be able to conceive of evolution, and those who instead support evolution would have to exclude God”. “The antithesis is absurd because, on the one hand, THERE ARE SO MANY SCIENTIFIC PROOFS IN FAVOR OF EVOLUTION WHICH APPEARS TO BE A REALITY WE CAN SEE AND WHICH ENRICHES OUR KNOWLEDGE OF LIFE AND BEING AS SUCH (emphasis is mine). But on the other, the doctrine of evolution does not answer every query. Especially the great philosophical question: Where does everything come from? And how did everything start which ultimately led to man?” The final presentation of the program is entitled “The Latest Challenge to Evolution: Intelligent Design”. So, you see Cruz, you are the only Catholic, probably in the world that believes in literal Creationism. You have never provided one single piece of evidence that refutes the ToE, because you have none. The only things that you know how to do are insult people and twist their words to suit your purpose. |

1 Oh yeah, well I have NO children, yet I'm paying to educate YOURS in the public system. And as long as I'm doing that, you'll not be smuggling your religion into the science classrooms! |

1 We *all* pay school taxes because we *all* benefit from living among an educated population. *** Because atheism is a *lack* of a belief, atheists have no particular beliefs that are available to forced onto anyone else. So your statement is meaningless. |

Some folks in Arkansas have a cave on their property. They offer tours and state very clearly that the geologic formations in this cave are 6,000 years old. This despite dinosaur bones, the fossil record, carbon-14 dating, etc.
They also give tours to schoolkids. |

1 Nope, atheism is the *lack* of belief in a god (or gods). *** It is neither a belief nor a religion. It is the *lack* of such. |
