If you back up to iCloud or iTunes, and have not backed up since you deleted the Notes, Reminders and Calendar, you can restore the backup and they will come back. Or you can use a third-party tool to directly scan and recover Notes, Reminders and Calendar from your iPhone 4/4S/5. Use guide about how to recover iPhone Notes/Reminders/SMS/Calendar/C ontact/Photo/ from iPhone directly!!

that is not difficult at all. Highly recommend you to take a try with Hodo iPhone data recovery tool.
It can recover files from iPhone in two methods: directly from iPhone & recover files from iTunes backup.
You can choose the suitable one for you to get back iPhone lost files.
Wish you good luck.

Retrieval from the iPhone DataBase
If you have not been backup before deleted? No worries, the deleted files still can recover.
You should note something before you recover the files as below:
Some vital data likes Contacts, SMS, Notes, Call histories and more are stored in the dataBase. When you delete these files accidentally, those deleted feels are still stored in the dataBase. So you can recover those deleted files from iPhone database.

Step1: You can backup your iPhone and get the iPhone SQL Database off your iPhone.
Step2: You can find your iPhone Database in /Users/~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/, and analysis deleted records in SQL Database with some database tool.

Once you have deleted files from iPhone you cannot restore directly from iPhone. What you can do is to recover them with a third-party progrm like data recovery software. Another condition is that you should have an iTunes backup otherwise you won't get any of your lost files back.

Try Myjad iTune s Backup Extractor, it is a powerful software specially designed for iTunes backup file recovery which enables you to extract and recover lost or deleted photos, videos, contacts, SMS/MMS, call records, voicememos, calendars, notes and Safari bookmarks from unreadble (.sqlitedb) file.

To begin to restore your iPhone data from the backup, connect your iPhone to the computer that you normally sync it to that contains the backup file (in most cases, this will be your normal computer. If you’re syncing to more than one machine, you should have backups on both computers. Just choose the computer with the backup you prefer).

Before recovering notes, reminders and calendar, what you need to do is check whether you have the backup files. Due to iTunes can back up your iPhone when you sync it.
