If you have no backup and want to recover data from iPhone directly, maybe you cannot perform it free. What you need is an pro third-party tool. Such as something like iPhone Data Recovery. Hope this YouTube Tutorial can help you.

I was helping out my friend to restore his iPhone from his iPhone backup on his PC. Unfortunately, his iPhone backup was somehow corrupted and couldn't be restored.

Luckily, when we set up his computer, we made a copy of iPhone backup and store it in an external drive.

We were able to restore his iPhone from an old backup that has all his contacts!

I would recommend you make a backup of your iPhone backup occasionally for double protection!

First, donít let your iPhone device sync with iTunes when you plug it in to a new computer or a new install. If it does, itíll make sure it matches the iTunes library on that computer, and if you just rebuilt it, itís likely thereís nothing there. When iTunes or your iPhone device asks you whether it should sync with your fresh install, say no. Even if you've already loaded up your music library, if youíre not confident itís exactly the same, youíll want to get your files off of your iPhone device first before syncing, then start to recover data from iPhone directly.http://www.vibosoft.c om/iphone-data-recovery-window s.html

Hey, friend! Have recovered your deleted phone data successfully back from that phone memory card? If not, you can connect this phone to another computer and try to recover your desired phone data back with phone data recovery software.
Just like me, last time, when my Samsung phone was formatted by chance, I also could not access many left images and took most of them back with data recovery software.
So, read this and see whether such data recovery software is helpful or not:

Good luck!

this is avery usefu; thread! I want to share my experience as I faced the same issue. I deleted some files on my Mac and had to recover them. I was suggested to use apple software called Disk Drill https://www.cleverfiles.com/apple-data-recove... . Of course, a free version doesn't have so many features as the paid ones, but it was enough for me to get my data back. I shared this information in the hope it will help someone as many people face such a problem from time to time.
