Reason I signed up with Zuku was because of excess being a shame to my family and friend and Zuku has been great till now, working from the house internet is my source of my business so losing it the last three days has truly been a blow, and whathas frustrated me is the fact that noone answers on the customer line and the gentleman who picked disconnectedtwicw, not sure if the bosses give a damn about losing one customer, but I can tell you am not paying for future service and will let anyone who can listen know your just like any growing company you spend all your redlined getting customer but once youdo you cannot sustain it, pls train your staff with half the money your spending putting all those kiosks outside!!!! So frustrating

Zuku has proved to be unreliable, unprofessional and very disappointing. This is my first month and I dont think I want to continue with them. They disconnected us before the two months were over, however we paid 2000k to get connected, but we are still off air, its now over 10 days, we make endless calls to customer care, we are promised that the dealer or technician will come to our place, we are frustrated and moving to another TV satelite provider, what a waste of money. Please think twice before joining this ZUKU.

Zuku once again down for six days Kilimani area. Customer care had no idea what is going on. It was only after speaking to some of my neighbors I found out that the whole of the area was down. Customer care rude and uninterested. there is no supervisor or team leader. Can never speak to anyone in authority. Called the operator and requested to be connected to billing three times every time was disconnected. When I asked customer care if I would get credit for the days I had lost the service was rudely instructed to read the contract. was also told that if the service is down for a month will have to pay for the service as the cable is connected to the modem. Is this an honest business practice. I have no choice as have to pay in advance. Advise what action can I take let us all rally and demand a better service from Zuku

am so surprised with the so called ZUKU. have been using zuku for the last two years now without any problem not even an inch. But on July this year, the so call ZUKU INTERNET got reteroriated till now. when i try to report or call on them, it takes like an hour for the call to be answered and when its picked, am told to restart the REUTER AND GIVE IT SOME times to pick. when am done with restarting, the connection becomes so terrible worst than before it the REUTER was restarted. My question is to the concern people, or the management of the ZUKU, ITS NOW TWO months struggling to make things meet and my money has gone for good.

I would like the management to explain to me if there is any hope with them or I forget about their poor service. Its taking tooo long to put the FIBRE they are talking about. They keep on saying TECHNICIANS ARE ON THE SITE AND WE AREN'T SURE FOR THE DAY THEY WILL FINISHED the installation. Now who Am I supposed to rely on if they are not tellling me the truth? Am desperate and don't know what to do next cos I have lost my clients. Its actually disappointing. Please the MANAGER (CUSTOMER SERVICE) if you do really care about your clients, please do something about this and let me know if at all you care about your clients.

Zuku zuku has been the best for me for the last two years with high speed but suddently it started reteroriating from for the last two months. Am so surprised with their poor service at the moment. Can you please do something at least to save the situation before it gets worse. What I really want from the management or the customer care is to send the technician to my place at least to check if the problem is on my side or its only on their side. I can't believe that the installation of the fibre can take years as it has taken. Please do something. I have paid for the two months even if the service has been poor and as we are talking the service is still poorer than I expected. Now who are we to blame if they are not responding even when they are called they just say switch the REUTER OFF AND ON AND WAIT FOR 5 MINS TO SEARCH and that is what have been doing for my last two months now. Please do something

thank goodness i read all these comments before i wasted my money on unrealistic services. i'd rather put up with other networks,although a bit expensive, they deliver.

I am just amazed at how thick skinned the employees at Zuku are, or rather why this attitude of "so what". There is a billing dispute with Zuku that I have been chasing since 2012. The refund amount should be about 15,000 but all we got was a miserable cheque of about 5000 which we returned promptly saying it is not the correct amount. Of course we get random emails from people like Ida & Sammy who is supposedly handling this. However when I call the offices, I am told she (Ida) is in the office but will not come to the phone and I should start the process all over again with the billing department. Does anyone know how to get what is rightful yours from these shameless people?

Looks like Zuku is a let down. I was just about to subscribe for the 8mbps package thinking it gives good speed and reliability.

And this is 2011 now its 2014 I wonder what reviews they have gotten till now if only ISP mega giants like Comcast and AT&T would decide to invest in Kenya,companies like sufferingcom and orange will bow down to their might
