Most people who live in areas with lesser sunny days than other places are indeed prone to vitamin D deficiency as sunlight is the most abundant and convenient source of the vitamin. Despite that, people who live in gloomy areas may also take refuge in some vegetables that are rich in vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to several medical conditions including osteoporosis. It's best these individuals take charge and get ahead of their risk of other health problems. Where osteoporosis is involved, http://www.fosamaxfemurfracturelawsuit.com may have more information for people concerned and interested.
