Vitamin D continues to show the power of it's raw potential. For instance, the Journal of Pediatric Orthopedics reports non-ambulatory children may be deficient in vitamin D and should be evaluated prior to any bone surgery. However, experts warn that children should not take vitamin D supplements without their pediatricianís recommendation since it can interfere with, or be adversely affected by, other medications. B Vitamins are also very powerful. It is critical for many body functions. I am a huge believer in all vitamins. I just read a great article on B-6: http://b6vitamins.wordpress.com/ . It gets a bit techie but it a great read with lots of info.

But what is more efficient? Vitamin D or Vitamin C? Although I think there's not much of a problem considering how these two vitamins can be so easily accessible, the sun for vitamin D and fresh fruit juices for vitamin C. http://www.fosamaxfemurfracturelawsuit.com/fo...

I did not find it techie at all. I thought it was really interesting. I am going to check with my doctor about adding B-6 to my diet. I have mild ED and perhaps changing my diet will help with it. Id much rather take vitamins than get on viagra.

What I do during flu season is load up on immune boosting vitamins and it's worked so far. This year I found a supplement on amazon called instant immunity that's been great. Recommend it.
