Not much different, 1lb in 6 mos, but it adds up over time. But every little bit helps I guess. A better reason to drink tea is the polyphenol content, but you have to be careful with that too. See what I mean: http://www.antiagingjournal.org/heart-disease...

Green tea is amazing for so many ailments. It is one of natural wonders. Drinking a glass a day can improve your over all health.
