I think you may be suffering from a condition called hypersensitivity of the ***** which is believed to be one of the possible causes of premature ejaculation. I suffer with premature ejaculation myself and have tried a number of creams on the market but all of them seem to either make me go to "numb" or transfer to my girlfriend and cause her discomfort. Lately I've been using a product called Promescent, www.Promescent.com , and I have been extremely happy with it. It's a spray rather than a cream and you are able to personalize the number of sprays to your individual needs. It's lidocaine based with an absorption molecule so it should be able to decrease the sensitivity you are experiencing. I really like the product and I believe it could help you out!

In addition to Niacin, there are other natural elements for ED relief. I came across an interesting article on the amino acid L-Arginine. Research is showing L-Arginine is effective for some erectile dysfunction problems.

Niacin (vitamin b-3) and B-6 are both very interesting. There is lots of research on their ability to help men with erectile dysfunction. Even if they dont help with that, they are both really good to take for general health.

I was unaware of Vitamin B6 roles in Erectile dysfunction. Thanks for the post. I will add that to my list of questions when I have my next doctors appointment. For reference, what are good ED pills with sufficient amounts of Vitamin b-6?

I have mild Ed and I have been reading that natural supplements such as Endurnz and Extenze have high dosages of B vitamins. Which one work best on ED? B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6 etc?

Are they basically the same vitamin or completely different?

Generally male enhancement capsules have high doses of B6. It helps with blood flow to the penis.

All heart drugs
like Nitro GLycerin, Statins, and now Niacin are being reported useful in E.D., more probably due to their role in re vascularization of aarteries.
