Niacin touted as possible impotence cure

Vitamin B3, or niacin -- found in chicken, fish, and grains -- may help men overcome erectile dysfunction if they have high cholesterol, according to a new study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine .

I think you may be suffering from a condition called hypersensitivity of the ***** which is believed to be one of the possible causes of premature ejaculation. I suffer with premature ejaculation myself and have tried a number of creams on the market but all of them seem to either make me go to "numb" or transfer to my girlfriend and cause her discomfort. In addition to Niacin, there are other natural elements for ED relief. I came across an interesting article on the amino acid L-Arginine. Research is showing L-Arginine is effective for some erectile dysfunction problems.

Niacin (vitamin b-3) and B-6 are both very interesting. There is lots of research on their ability to help men with erectile dysfunction. Even if they dont help with that, they are both really good to take for general health.

I was unaware of Vitamin B6 roles in Erectile dysfunction. Thanks for the post. I will add that to my list of questions when I have my next doctors appointment. For reference, what are good ED pills with sufficient amounts of Vitamin b-6?

donot take it if suspect bp high...it may trigger irritate, anger...lost temper..

I have mild Ed and I have been reading that natural supplements such as Endurnz and Extenze have high dosages of B vitamins. Which one work best on ED? B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6 etc?

Are they basically the same vitamin or completely different?
