I've been taking various energy drinks which at times included 5 hour on a regular basis over a span of about five years or more and they help me tremendously. I have to include that one have to be responsible in taking these products. Some feel that if a little is good, more is better. I experienced that one time. I took a certain energy drink along with another energy product that caused my heart to start racing to the point that I became really concerned. That's the problem, some take too much and that's what the study don't include. Just like some people take too much aspirin or they drink too much alcohol. I would also include that some people are like children, you have to baby sit them in order for them not to hurt themselves. Don't blame 5 hour energy or Monster, blame the children who can't discipline themselves.
