Many people who become deficient in vitamin B12 cannot digest it from natural food sources, and need to supplement with either a vitamin B12 shot or vitamin B12 patch. Pills do not work, in most cases.

Basically no higher limitations have already been founded in the vitamin b complex set collection. Zero overdose results have already been documented, apart from right after intravenous treatment of drug amounts. As ingested orally, our body uses precisely what it really needs and excretes all that remains.

This is exactly the sort of things seniors need. I have seniors that don't want to take anything unless a doctor prescribes it or it comes with a prescription. They have depression like symptoms, crappy diet, little or no exercise. They act old because they were told this is what has to happen as a senior when in fact it doesn't.
The current generation of seniors were indoctrinated that the doctor will take care of them anyway possible when in fact unless it's high tech procedure, man made chemical or higly billable solution they don't give a frack about seniors.
