Being as how I am rather allergic to e. Coli, I prefer coffee the old fashioned way, hand picked from a coffee bush, roasted and shipped here with reasonable sanitation practices.

Heard of civet coffee (too expensive). Now have elephant coffee to add to the mix. Good news is that Burro coffee is not going to be forthcoming as they tend to chew things up small.
