Infertility doesn't only come from a women as men can be affected too if you have a low sperm count or your sperm is not fertile enough to produce as need be. Have seen a situation where a man blames his partner for not been able to conceive when the fault is actually from him as confirmed by the doctor.

So infertility is a two way affair. My advice for any one facing this health condition is to seek medical help as found necessary cause this alone can easily break up a a good relationship.
