A new study by University of Miami scientists in the journal Marine Drugs reveals high concentrations ofA I2- N -methylamino-L-alanine A in shark fins, a neurotoxin linked to neurodegenerative diseases in humans, including Alzheimer's and Lou Gehrig Disease .

If god created these fins this way,then it was his intention for the toxin to have a purpose for the shark at sea.it sounds like humans should not eat them.
