A regular Exercise can also help in avoiding osteoporosis . Women below 30 or before menopausal stage should do some research on how to prevent osteoporosis. Like what doctors always tells us. Prevention is better than Cure. http://www.fosamaxfemurfracturelawsuit.com

Women who are post menopausal are at the biggest risk of contracting osteoporosis. Many Fosamax lawsuit plaintiffs are these same women. http://www.rotlaw.com/fosamax/
