That's a lie! My father drank more coffee than anyone I have ever known and he still ended up getting Alzheimer's Disease! My father drank 1 to 2 pots of coffee per day! Actually coffee raises your homocysteine levels in the body and brain, making you more likely to have a heart attack, stroke and vascular dementia, along with high blood pressure, which results from consuming too much of anything with caffeine in it! Green Tea, Pomegranate Juice or just plain old H2O is much better for your mind, body and overall health!
