This is an honorary title given to donors of the Honorary Olympic Team Captain Sponsorships for donors. According to CEO Parthen at a Town Hall Meeting in Dallas 7/1/12, he has sold 5 of these Honorary Olympic Team Captain positions.
Quote - Eric Parthen 6/22/12 USAT Management report.
"I spent 36 hours in the San Francisco area earlier this week meeting with Vision USA on a variety of issues including past concerns with the USAT/Vision contractual relationship and future collaborative opportunities. It was time very well spent.
 As a result of the aforementioned meetings, Mr. Sun Kang, President Vision USA, and I are partnering in trying to sell some Honorary Olympic Team Captain packages to USAT donors."
