Why did Walsh and May-Treanor have to give a shout-out the President Bush? Odd, if you ask me. I guess they got carried away ... the whole ashes thing was weird, too.

The Americans are the cheaters. We keep promoting US sports in the games. Where we have an edge.

Duh-h-h...we have the luxury of the pursuit of sport while the majority of the world is in search of their next meal, shelter or medical care. There are opportunities for those of us, who have much, to reach out to the world in all of these matters and help...even in sport development. Just as Jamaica, Brazil and the Bahamas have found their niches, one day Mali could have a pingpong champion and Fiji could have a champion swimmer. Cheaters????No. Privileged??Yes. We can help others step up in every arena.

Daily Horoscope for December 6

Gemini

You're full of empathy and compassion today, helping you tune into what's going on around you, and to know instinctively when someone needs your support. You're also prepared to hand out a second chance if someone's recently let you down. At the moment you have no interest in holding grudges, because you know you're bigger than that.
