he gets to wear the rainbow for life!!! that's cool!!!

coming in second twice at the tour de france is a sucky!

hopefully, this is a nice compensatory win!

He was balls-to-the-wall for that last three K, and it was fun to watch; Swiss TV showed a pre-race interview with Cancellera, in which he'd stated "I'm being watched too much, so they probably won't let me get away" (or something like that...).

I'd like to see them change the format for the road race: 18x around the same course is really a... well: a subnormal system for roadies...

(I also think they should move it to June, and relegate the National championships to the fall...)
