I think the games in China were a failure.

There is no real freedom in that country...especially for someone that wants to worship God. The sorry bums confiscated 300 bibles at the airport from a group of Christians!

Thanks God I endevour buy American made products. I no desire to send my dollars to such a wicked regime as red China.

The olympics venue and infrastructure displayed during the games showed how great the Chinese guys are at engineering and organizations skills.

The majority of the whole world saw this. The Chinese guys did a magnificent job and now everybody knows how great Chinese guys are. Politics aside.

"The rest of the world"? Oh my goodness.

I have read the forums from other country's newspaper articles. They don't sound anything like you or your gang. They aren't sitting around whining about America for literally several days. Some Brits are saying the judges lost it for Stevenson. Some Aussies are saying the judges lost it for their shooter.'Castro' is saying the judges lost it for their fighters and he understands why the judge got kicked in the face. A French Newspaper has a headline on it's opening page referring to the gold medal count and how that will effect funding. Every news site referring to the Olympics, including the BBC, has articles about the ages of the Chinese girls, I think in one of them the US was mentioned. The BBC said they too saw a suspicious paper revealing skewed ages. There are also articles about the frustration many countries had with the judging, human rights issues, and how Britain had one of their journalists beat down and "detained". Some UK forums are talking about Imam complaints of the insensitivity for having the 2012 games during Ramadan. Jamaicans are celebrating. The list goes on, but next to nothing of "The world's" views that you speak of. Apparently, they are living their own lives and as far as the Olympics, they would rather talk about their own teams and such.

You are not the world. Um, why would you think that you were?

The blame shouldn't have been on the Chinese workers, rather the businesses. That's what started this conversation (one of the reasons anyways).
I didn't say that the American medical industry would fall apart. All I said is that it would be chaotic in American hospitals for the Chinese doctors in America to leave and go back to China, since they have more responsibility in their hands. It would be foolish to fire all the Chinese who are "stealing Americans' jobs."
How is that equal slobbiness? This is all based on my observations with people relating to employment. I haven't seen anything differently than either the unemployed Americans are not working hard enough or are not well educated. If I had, then I wouldn't have only provided two options. I find it hard to believe otherwise, until I can see the evidence. Also, I said probably, which implied that I am not ABSOLUTELY postively sure that it was correct.
You wrongly accuse me of "equal slobbiness." I acknowledge there was a few parts that can be considered "absurd," but equal to his? You got to be kidding me. You overexaggerated there.
That was my point. It's the businesses and not "lazy uneducated Americans". The idea of "theft of jobs" needed no explanation, it is ridiculous, so I didn't bother with it. America was supposed to be about who is the best for the job, not hiring someone like cock n' balls cause he was born down the street.

I could have been wrong but I got the idea that you would be saying to all the Jewish, Indian, and well, the list goes on, all the way down to the inferior native lazies, that if the Chinese doctors left, then there would be some inferior remnants of a health care industry and dead bodies would be around the hospital :>) I thought you were over-exaggerating.

Someone like C n' B can get people heated, so I should not have responded to your response to him. You were responding to absurd things that they said so it's hard to gauge what is "meant" completely, and admittedly, I misunderstood some of the exchange. My bad.

No question the college school system is screwed. Are there some secret schools that aren't riddled with heavy social cultural training disquised as education that only people from other countries are allowed to go to? Just kidding. My father is a physicist/engineer from the "old school days," you know, the ones that people just tweak off of today, and he said he can't believe how low the math and logic comprehension is for engineers in general coming out of the colleges. He said in many cases someone with a Bachelor's acts like an intern that needs to be taught fairly basic things. Anyway, I don't like "western medicine" at all and am grateful for the philosophies that people from other countries have brought and have tried to incorporate so there are other options besides, "Hey, is that giving you a problem? Well let's just cut it outta ya"
