Far better to sell the church property to the students and their RPI fraternity alumni than to have the buildings sit idle and becoming an increasing hazard and eyesore to neighboring homes.

Good luck to the Brothers for fostering a creative reuse of the property. Perhaps you can get RPI's architecture faculty and students to offer you some free advice on adapting the buildings to their new role. You get needed help and the arch. students can add the project to their resumes.
