Most feel neither the Illinois or Calif. politicians who allowed the pub empl to write their own Pension agreements will do hard jail time for betraying the public trust until after Obama is President.

After Obama, Federal Rico Statutes can easily be used to prove criminal collusion between the Union owned politicians and the Unions. Most Attorneys find that the Quid Pro Quo is too obvious to merit much of a trial in defense of the UnionCrat politicians in either State.

Merely renegotiating the Pensions after Bankruptcy wouldn't be enough. Prison time must be mandatory to send a message that purposefully screwing our children and grandchildren is NOT plenty good enough in America.
