JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS... OLD VIDEO MEMORIES MAKE GREAT HOLIDAY GIFTS!

Why are you letting your old VHS tapes degrade with time? Why not preserve them to DVD format to enjoy for years to come?
Why send your precious memories out to a national no-face company when a local, discreet, customer satisfaction-minded service is available?

I will convert your old VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, or 8mm video cassettes to DVD format VERY QUICKLY & DISCRETELY!

Many national providers may not convert certain materials. I do not judge your video content. I just provide DVD conversion up to 2 hours per DVD.

You will receive your original video tape with your new DVD(s). If your video tape has more than 2 hours of video content, I will convert the remaining video content at the reduced DVD rate.

Rates:

1st DVD (up to 2 hours)-$12
2nd DVD (up to 2 hours)-$10
3rd DVD (up to 2 hours)-$8

Duplicate DVDs -$5 each

If you are interested, please contact me either by email or text me at 31.44.09.34.41.

I ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!!

Depends where Rico is & where he does his biz. Also, how long does it take him and what kind of equipment is he using.

My stuff is high-end equipment and provide a discrete service in a pretty quick turnaround.

That device is just one of many devices you can use. Your not limited to that. Converting VHS to Digital and to DVD isn't that hard.

Just depends what you want to invest. Those little $60 things are junk compared to the $200+ devices that stand alone & do not need PCs. So, unless you have a super fast PC, buyer beware on the cheapie "accessories" & the people who transfer your precious family memories using them. Trust me. I did it the "easy way" myself and went through a BUNCH of messed up DVDs and wasted hard drive space... Not to mention the TIME I wasted. I wish I'd have just spent the $10 each and had them done for me and the 100+ hours of time of my life back.

I have a good enough PC to be able to use most of those devices plus i know how to create my own DVD's and menus using Adobe Encore. I plan on purchasing in the future a Hauppage HD PVR for video game capture.

But most of us out there aren't as geeked-out as you, fine sir. We can make a hamburger too, but it is faster and easier to have McDonalds do it.

No offense.

You don't have to be geeked out to know how to operate hardware. Youtube has all the instructions you need.

Again... Some of us don't have or wish to take the time when it can be done by a service for $10.

Well, code master, you seem like a very smart guy. I am sure you can do the math and see that if you make $X an hour, and it takes you 2 hours to make the 2 hour video. It costs you $2X in money (simple math). Unless you are making only $5/hr, it actually IS saving money to have someone do it FOR you while you use your time making more money.

Now, if you use your spare time geeked out and watching Star Trek, then it doesn't make sense, but it is a simple time/money investment equation.

Simple.
