No. In Genesis 6:2 and 6:4, a distinction is clearly made regarding "the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they [were] fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose."<quoted text>
So basically you were saying what any first grader should know,,, That we are all the sons and daughters of God. And actually begotten is being the only offspring of its father, a past participle of beget, with beget meaning to be the cause of something, to be the father of a child.
If the meaning was that the "sons of men" saw the "daughters of men," the scripture would have said so.
Why does it upset you religious folks to think that God might have had sons other than Jesus? You don't have a problem with God having created angels. You DO believe in angels, don't you?
1. Merriam-Webster. Definition 1: to procreate as the father : sire.
2. Dictionary.com :(typically of a man, sometimes of a man and a woman) Bring (a child) into existence by the process of reproduction.
(Your allegation that a man "begets" only one offspring is silly on the face of it. You are reaching, "Jokster," but you just can't get it.)
