The new Hardee's restaurant commercial for the pattymelt burger is nothing more than porn.
As a Christian, I refuse to support this. I will not do business with Hardee's any longer.
It is degrading to women and it is using blatant sex/porn to sell their product.
Christians, this is something we can actually do something about, our voice counts. I am doing my best to help my sons remain sexually pure until marriage and commercials like this do nothing but plant the seed for lust. And this affects all of you parents with teenage daughters.
If you feel the same way please call the Guest Response line and tell them you have a complaint about this commercial.

Have your pastors relate this concern so that everyone in your area can let their voice be heard and hopefully make a difference and get this commercial off of the air.

So please call your local Hardee's and tell the manager that you will no longer do business there and why. Maybe this will let the owner know that their pocket book will be affected until they remove their filth from the tv.

I am with you on this one. I was praying this morning about how our country has gotten out of hand with this, as well as other things that are not pleasing to God..just keep praying. Fast food is not good for us anyway!

This is the only one that I have seen. I rarely watch tv. If I see others I will do the same... Write and call the corporation and stop supporting them by buying their product...
I do remember seeing a victoria's secret commercial a few months back, but it was not lewd as the way this Hardee's commercial is... It was not sexual -

I understand that sex sells alot of different things in this world but come on!!! What does sex have to do with a freakin melt?? I'm sorry but watching this chick roll around eating a burger talking about running your fingers through her hair is a reach. Last thing I think most people think about when feeling lusty or sexual is a flippin Hardee's burger. If others are like myself I change the channel when I even hear it start, which means we are normally slow moving back to that channel, in turn missing whoever is advertising after this commercial..hmmm makes me think that other advertisers should also complain since they aren't getting the bang for their buck due to Hardee's stupidity of thinking sex sells a hamburger. Although I have to give it to them they were thinking a little bit since even though they are losing customers they are gaining an interest because here we sit complaining about this failing (or at least failing in alot of areas near me)food franchise.

Don't you know the more you push your ideas of purity on your kids the more inclined they are to get knocked up before marriage or knocking someone up. I am Christian too and was raised Catholic, and loved noting more than sneaking out at night and screwing every cute girl I met. You push your right wing religion on your kids, and the fact is you are lusting after the chick in the comercial the same as your kids are. Don't kid yourself your boys are wanking it to the comericial, either they recorded it or just have the image of her in thier heads when the go to bed. All the energy you put into getting pissed off at Hardee's could be better served in other areas;

well I have to agree. I got a erection while watching this commercial and felt so compelled by the commercial that I ejaculated in my living room with my grandkids in front of me! Watching this commercial im ashamed to live in this country. I wish we could turn back the clock to a time when people were moral. Or we could even go back to when women couldnt vote. I guess im goin to move to Jordan where women are forced to cover um under the threat of stoning.

The problem isn't so much the commercial because we all have a right to watch or not watch. The problem is the time of day the commercial runs and during what programs. 9:00 at night during Law and Order - sure, your innocent children should not be watching that anyway. But 7:00 during a comedy show should not happen. Not because the gov't steps in but because Hardee's should have more class then that. It isnt' about keeping children "pure" but just practicing good taste. Although, judging Hardee's food might give us some idea of how much good "taste" they really have. Seriously! They are not a family oriented fast food restaurant. They are going for a different crowd. They are the only one I know of who still only serves fries with their children's meals instead of giving another option (fruit, chips, applesauce). The best thing you can do is stop going there if you don't like their decisions. We did. And if you don't object then you have the right to keep eating there. Simple as that.
