Currently doing research on the Urban Trying to do research and find information concerning an Urban Legend concerning a Vampire in the St. Louis area inthe late 1700's early 1800's around St. Louis University.

There have been rumors that the old Catholic church actually documented it way back when and that over the years it would be seen by students, etc. outside of the laboratory buildings and then disappear into a mist when observed.

Looking for any information concerning this urbsn legend including anything written and in print.

Please share here or email me at greg@paranormaltaskforce.com

You don't have to believe in something to do research,.....the person never said they believed in vampires, just wanting the story....

H'mmm I'm more interested in the fact that this person "unbelievable" is ignorant enough to question what is and what is not.

I'm sure this "computer age" would seem very far-fethced and mythical to many 200yrs ago. Genetic manipulations and gene sequencings is also issues that seem "unbeleivable," so let's be careful about judging others. You never know when the thing you question will come visit your door.

Unbelievable, I don't know whether vampires exist or not. But I CAN tell you that something unique in medical history seems to have transpired in Europe, from Britain to Russia,, from circa 1680 to around 1750. And as soon as this "vampire plague" petered out in Europe it re-appeared throughout New England in the American colonies, where it continued for another 130 years.

I find that at least interest, even if you do not.

And as for ghosts, how many of the hundreds of thousands of observational reports have you actually analyzed?

Unbelievable and Lars...wow, really? You are both clueless. Do you two really have an ego that big to think that humans are the only intelligent life forms in this universe? Personally, I would love to hear more info on this kind of stuff. Because people obviously need their own solid proof to believe. So it would actually be nice if people would stay on topic and post only about the topic, not your beliefs.

I beleive you and it's decendents live in kirkwood. I beleive it's of modern times and sneaks in the university and eats the blood from the labs. I know of someone who saw this thing back in the 90's flying up north by chain of rocks area, I think it hunts the river area for animals.

Vampires are very much real and in existence. Why do you think St. Louis has the highest murder rate? Not all those murders are from the gangs in East STL. STL has one of the highest numbers of vampires in the Unites States and we just don't know it because we don't live in their world.

it may not be believed as it was once read out in a story book, but how can you be so trusting in our world to believe that the humans you see everyday in life are the only ones and only intelligence here??

your saying that we are the only star out there with life on it aswell? i don't knopw if that opinion is ignorant or selfish or scared.
