St louis has made non criminal charges an option for possession of up to an ounce and a quarter, it didnt legalize marijuana trafficking. Anyone responding to this kind of foolishness deserves whatever they get. You are not suddenly in california, washington state, or colorado. Selling is still a felony. Missouri prisons are no place to hang out, and probation fees and fines are still expensive. Internet searches for dope or to sell it are as stupid as it gets. My guess is now that stl police have a less detrimental to users way to prosecute, what used to be often overlooked because the only option were state charges and arrest, will now result in a 2 to 5 hundred dollar fine payable to city coffers. Its a money thing, not a legalization thing.
