Finally! Someone without the CT Rose Colored Glasses on. I lived in WV for almost 8 years. I found the people there to be mostly immigrants from Ireland and Italy or they were the children of the immigrants. Yes, there are hillbillys and rednecks, but after living in CT for the last 25 years I have concluded that there, quite possibly, may be more here than there. WV is a beautiful state with very mannerly, polite, educated (I lived in a college town) and yes, people with class. Dick C. is a subhuman. He would be laughed out of the worst hollow in WV, but only after they fed him and offered him a ride out of town. It is unfortunate that so many people by into stereotypes kind of like everyone in CT is rich and loaded with class. Folks, no matter where you live in the country, people are pretty much the same.

PS: the only places I have ever seen any real proof of inbreeding are the U.K. and sorry, New England.

I have lived in WV all my life and I do appreciate your comment. As a true WVian it makes me feel proud to know that we have left a good impression on you. It takes a true person to accept people's differences and you are a true person. I defiantly would help out anyone who needed it. I honestly don't think I could pass my worse enemy by if I knew they were seriously hurt and needed help. I might say I could but my upbringing would not allow it.

You forgot a small piece of info up top where you left out "biased, as equally narrow-minded as any conservative, and still have an ulterior motive for everything you say or do"
We need to quit with the "Left / Right" thing. I mean, seriously...doesn't anyone live a little in the middle, I know I do. Sometimes I have a conservative view towards our laws and policies, and sometimes it's a little more liberal.
Crime, Drugs, etc..? Damn right I'm conservative as far as not wanting to hear excuses and see fingers being pointed at everyone but the person responsible of their own actions.
Education, Health Care, etc...? Liberal for the most part.
Cheney? F*** him, he wouldn't know a good piece of middle if it landed on his face.
