Teachers are overpaid for the amount of work that they do,people are tired of them whining all the time.I wish they had to deal with a real job.

I have always said if they want a raise, then they should be paid to attend further education classes through the summer when they are typically off. Let them learn how to teach better. But all they want is more pay for the same work instead of higher yearly wages and better teaching methods.
