I have a neighbor that worked in those coal mines, he can't breath on his own, carry's a oxygen tank around so he can breath, Obama is thinking about those miners lungs and the environment, if you don't have to work in those mines it is easy to criticize one that has other peoples health an issue

I don't think mining companies, at least in my area, hire a lot of people anymore. They mostly use machinery now to extract coal. Most of the heavy equipment operators are hired out of state or far away from the communities where they work. The only thing the coal industry is doing now is scarring the land with very little benefit for the local economies. It's time we look for more environmentally friendly industries to bring jobs to the state.

Wind mills? the hot air from DC should be worth a fortune solar power is nice but underused beause no one has figured how to charge you for sunlight we are already wasting food supplies to ruin our car engines(hoses etc)lets make huge tax benefits to enviironmental firms, so it can be sipohned off th the unions and the dimorat party (undr the table of course)
