Sheriff must stay in W.Va. while awaiting trial

In pocahontas county, we allow our Deputies who are accused of 14 counts of sexual abuse (many of them minors) to leave the state and go all the way to texas and/or california. One can only imagine what a full-fledged sheriff could get away with for a simple beating.
Not to worry though, our Deputy'll probably be found innocent on all charges. Not because he didn't do the stuff, because our court system is worthless.
